Trying to conceive -Evocationer pls help?

Hello, I am starting a new thread as the other one got way too out of control.
I do have a bunch of issues as you know, hydronephrosis, fibroemadonas ... But my focus right now is trying to conceive.
I never tried homeopathy to try to conceive.
To recap. Last time the issue was a fibroid, after surgical removal I got pregnant naturally in 5 months post op.
I already tried 2 remedies:
Sepia and Nat Mur if I am not wrong.
None particularly helped my issues, maybe light changes here and there.
I just found out I am not pregnant this month either.
Please help me? I am 37 (38 in May) and don't have much time .... :(
I really want to get pregnant naturally, I want to the little egg to stick and grow healthy and strong!
Please help me?
