bloating or flautance but no pain.
Dear Doc,I am 38 male with lean body having 65 kg weight. almost bald with very little hair. complexion is clear.
I am suffering from bloating and constipated as evacution isnt done properly, from last 1 and half year. Sticky stools and sometimes white mucus as well. usually in the morning, I see my stomach bloated but thats becuase I am looking at it. may be its after every meals.
some times I feel better but not always.
I have taken tiniba 500 for 10 days and some medicine from stomach flora like sporlac
all the reports are normal including blood, urine, and stools.
tried taking homeopathy medicine but not sure if its working.
I can now feel the mild distention of intestine while spreading hands on my stomach.
stomach is usually hard and even if some one hits me I do not get hurt. before my stomach used to be very soft.
underwear and pants marks are usually there around waist. which wasnt there before.
After taking recent medication stickyness has been reduced but do not how long will it be like this since I just stopped medicine.
pl advise.
P.S I am not stressed and my family life with wife and kids is fine.
Since I read the previous forums I am answering most things before you ask me to save time.
Kindly help me.

Elm is Bach flower medicine n it's nt a short form
Of means once a day
And hs means only once at night

I googled about the medicine you have prescribed and most of the meds are realted to stress. But I do not think am stressed. I was told by main streem doc that my stomach flora has beed effected so I was prescribed sporlac and tiniba for infection.
Though bloating is same after week course but can see the diffrence in stools. However its just 2 days after medications.

U can ask me ur queries
I would like to suggest u that don't b prejudiced n please take those pills for just one week n observe the difference
Anyways it doesn't have any side effects
If not benefited will stop them or change them
Because it has many other aspects except stress

I got medicine. And took the first dose. However you havent mentioned the dosage for lycopodium. I misread and took first dose of 8 pills. I guess it must be 4 pills 8 hourly.
Pl advise. I am also suffering from bruxism. Subconsciously I am stressed?!?!.. well will get to know after a week.

One dose should b of around 10 to 15 pills approximately
Bt its nt something standard
So, 8 pills will also do

I am not too sure since I have taken allopathic medicines as decribed before tiniba 500 for dysentery and lactobascil plus for stomach flora. Tiniba course was over before I stareted this homeopathic medicine but I contined taking those lacto till yesterday. The changes I can see in my stools. Its not sticky... but for the time being or I am getting cured I dnt know.
However my concern is my tongue. Its heavly coated from deep inside. This I guess its after taking homeopathy medicines it has been increased. I was worried if am having some candid infection and hence I got stool tested done.so pl let me know your views about it. And I guess bloating will take some time to get rid of it.

I guess after taking pills if I eat or anything it becomes white and some sour tinge.. after cleaning it, I feel better but not clean. I used to have flat stomach naturally. But bloating has created a bulge. Because of the fluctuations of bloating and sometimes just flautance I am unable to understand when and wht happens and how it. Maybe I just have to give some time to medicine to work.
One more thing is the med which I have to take after every 8 hours I end up taking twice a day. Do you want me to take it thrice?

Sorry for troubling you again and again but I wanted to share certain details. I didnt take the lacto pill yesterday to see the diff and I had too much gas frm evening till now above waist. Lower abodment seems fine. And stick stools are back. I will take that pill today and will let you know.

Ya, u can take medicine trice also if u feel the trouble more
N if u r feeling discomfort due to stoppage of lacto pills den initially u can continue them n then tapar them as per ur comfort. it just restores normal bacterial flora of intestines, no other medicinal action. so, it will not make more difference even if u continue it n tapers slowly

Yes! I stopped for a day and it was horrible.I have started again. Taking once a day but shall I take 2 and then reduce after 10 days or so?
