Swollen, itchy toe 8-year old -doctor please help

Hello,
My daughter who is 8 years old has had one toe ( left foot toe next to Pinki toe) that is kind of red and swollen. It hurts with touched and has blisters on front and back that resemble chilblains. She does not have it anywhere else on her hand or feet.
I am not even sure if that is Chilblains or athlete's foot issue. It has been there on her for for more than 2 weeks now.
Please recommend a treatment for her.
Thank you,
Simran.

please describe your child in such a way that I can visualize her. it is important that you include her behaviour pattern. also inform whether there is any history of rheumatoid arthritis in the family.

My daughter is a very sensitive emotional kind of kid. She is easy going most of the times, but needs continuous assurance that she is doing good. He loves being a star in her class. Academically she is very strong at math and loves art and dance. She has a strong headed personality, but over time she has become understanding and agreeable to what I say to her.

She used to have a lot of nose bleeds but not they are infrequent. She gets congested and stuffy very easily. Once stuffy, it takes her very long (3-4 weeks) to get better.

There is no history of rheumatoid arthritis in the family. A few weeks ago I got diagnosed with Chilblains which look very similar to her toe. My chilblains were mostly on my hands and a few on feet. I was recommended Petroleum 30c followed by 1M (via abc homeopathy forum) and that seems to help me.

Please find picture of my daughter's for below that shows the red swollen toe.

Let me know if you need more information.
Thank you.

Hello,
I gave my daughter Astha a dose of Calc Carb on March 30. Her swelling on her toe has reduced to 50%, though it still has swelling and blisters on the lower side.
Do I need to repeat any dose?
She has also been very stuffy with thick blobs and ropy mucous for the past 2 days.
Please recommend.
Thank you.
