4 Height and Weight: 5'10' and 82 kgs
5 Main problem: i have masturbated for 5-6 years almost daily. Now the main problem is that i have urine retention problem.
I cannot clear all urine at once but i have to wait or go to 2-3 times to the bathroom to clear the urine and urine dribbles at the end.
I have to apply a lot of pressure to urinate and urine comes out in drops in the end and bladder sometimes does not get empty.
In the start urine flow is good but at end it becomes weak ,Sir this is causing a lot of problems to my study as well as normal living.
Sir i also have weak penis that remains limped usually and erection is not full ,sometimes morning erection is present sometimes not.
And no unwanted erection present.The opening from where urine comes out is open little and remains in that position.
I have also low confidence and shyness and nervousness and my heart beats faster when pointed or facing an interview or
giving presentation or in a fighting situation. my heart beats when i have to fight with anyone although i have a good power
but this heart beating and nervousness makes me a coward which i am not.
6 Any other problem: yes i have lost hair in the front side and that is not regrowing and my face is sunken and not glowing.
7 The problem is better or worse from (heat/cold/movement/rest/pressure): remains same every time
8.Appetite and thirst (excessive/ normal/less) with likes and dislikes for different tastes and food.
appetite is good but thirst is present there , i like every food normally but with less pepper which i cannot tolerate.
9 Preference for climate (hot/moderate/cold/dry/wet)
I like cold temperature
10 quantity and quality of sleep with preffered position.
quality good and quantity 7-8 hours , side positon normal
11 dreams if any.
dreams related to day to day life. Some times i see snakes in dreams.
12 Perspiration (how much and where)
normal under arm pits, back, neck and forehead but sometimes more .
13 Stool (hard/soft/normal) and frequency.
stools are 2 times apart in morning . in the first time stool does not get cleared in first attempt and
sometimes i have to apply pressure although stool is not hard . it takes a good time to clear stools in morning .
14 Urine (quantity/colour/frequency) difficulty if any.
yes difficulty with urine as explained earlier that it does not come out fully
and i have to apply pressure and only drops come out in end with the felling that the bladder is not empty and urine is present there.
then i again go to bathroom and that time only drops of urine come out . urine colour is normal .
15 Describe yourself as a person.
I am a very calm person usually , conservative, peace loving, forgeving,when angry i usually shout loudly, full of humour, sometimes impatient and in hurry,
i have lot of thoughts and imagination present sometimes, not arrogant,low confidence,weak memory and my heart beats when giving presentation
or facing an interview and i cannot concentrate on my studies rather i don't want to and i act like a child in this situation where the parents always tell the child to study.

yes i also have a fear regarding travelling in bus and fear that it may turn over when passing a bad road .
Also i also think or imagine some one will attack in the night from behind or from side when i go out at night very unusual.
My gums also bleed when I brush my teeth.

please take one dose Sulphur 200 in the morning. do not eat or drink sour things. do not repeat medicine. update in 3 days or earlier if needed.

Thanks for reply sir. I forgot to tell u one thing that I have ear wax in left ear which is not coming out .sometimes I am not able to hear from left ear partially due to wax in ear.

Hello sir, four days passed since I took a single dose of sulphur 200. Here are the changes observed:
Morning erection is improved now erections are present in morning .
No unwanted erections present.
Erection lasts for small time.
Urinary inconvenience is not relieved and is same as earlier.
Wax is ear is gone now
Gums bleeding has reduced.
Eyes are sunken.
There is itching present in eyes , legs, back , arms etc
Also muscular stiffness is present in arms, legs.
Stool is 2 times a day in the morning. In first attempt stool does not get cleared.
Morning erection is improved now erections are present in morning .
No unwanted erections present.
Erection lasts for small time.
Urinary inconvenience is not relieved and is same as earlier.
Wax is ear is gone now

Eyes are sunken.

I am continuing the earlier post as I was unable to edit it.
Stools are not cleared satisfactorly , I have to apply pressure to clear soft stools and stool comes out in pieces not continuous.
In morning there is sometimes emergency to go to bathroom and clear stool.
When stool is easy to pass ,urine flow is also good and easy.
When stool does not come out easily urine flow is weak and sometimes bladder does not get empty. I think it is due to madturbation effects.
I am hungry at around 11: 30 am.
My face is pale.

Hello Dr Telescope, i took one causticum 200 dose on 5th april, on the first and second day there was a great aggravation and the urine flow was very low and almost most of urine was retained in bladder . but after that there were great changes obseved.
here are the changes obseved:
1)After the 2nd day of taking the dose urine flow improved about 40% ,earlier there was good flow in start but only for small time, now urine flows for good time although there is dribbling present at the end and there is little feeling that urine is little present in the bladder, but very much improved about 40% as compared to earlier.
When i complete urinating then if i press the lower abdomen then there is urge to urinate again, and urine comes out if i press the lower abdomen only.
If i feel that little urine is present in the bladder after completing urinating, and if i apply pressure urine does not come out, then by applying pressure to the lower abdomen with hand urine comes out when i again urinate.
2)morning erections are sometimes present sometimes not. penis is usually limped.there is no unwanted erection present . erections last for small time.
3)gums bleeding is improved up to 30 %.

very good. you are on way to recovery. causticum 200 will act for around 20 days. so till then no more medicine . keep updating regularly.

Urine improvement is same as earlier with 40% improvement ,no relapse of symptoms.
In the morning when I go to clear stool urine dribbles more and is sometimes little retained in the bladder.
If i apply pressure to clear stool , then urine flow is weak .if stool is easy to pass then urine flows better than this.
I had to go to clear stool second Time in morning about half an hour from ist session , then stool comes out little easily then first and urine also comes out easily.
Sir at night urine also sometimes dribbles in the end with the application of pressure .I have to go bathroom second time about fifteen minutes later at night to clear urine. When I press the lower abdomen urine comes out if it is retained sometimes usually at night.
Urine flow is good in day sometimes for about 15 seconds, but it does not remain same always.
I have to apply pressure to clear stool although stool is soft,and urine dribbles, it takes time to clear stool.
Sir causticum helped me really , but about 40%, urine still dribbles at end with sometimes feeling that it is retained in the bladder.
Erection is present in morning sometimes not always. Erection Is weak.
Eyes sunkeness is reduced little.
Hair is not regrowing back which is lost .

I have cough and sore throat also little fever for about 3 days, only little, I have not taken any allopathic med for this, I thought it may interfere with the med.

Dr today there was an aggrevation in the urine problem, urine flow was reduced very much and was retained in bladder.Is this a homeopathic aggrevation?

I don't know. generally using any other medicine antidotes homeopathic medicine. however to be sure you have to wait for two days. if it is medicinal aggravation it will pass off. if it is not then the problem will stay and you have to repeat medicine.
