Burning feet

Iam 43yr old female. I had pain, swelling, redness in my left ankle and foot five years ago. Xray showed mild irregularity in posterior calcaneal bone. Dr,'s doubted that I hurt my leg. I lifted a heavy table 2-3 hours before the pain started. From that incident my ankle, achilles tendon area pains if I stand or walk for long time. Later the pain started in both the legs. For the past four years I suffer from burning feet in summer. It is almost like pain in ankles in winter and burning feet in summer. Last year June I had ecoli infection which lead to swelling of eyes and later followed by swelling of both ankles. Blood test showed higher RA factor but rheumatologist ruled out rheumatoid arthritis and diagnosed as plantar fascitis. Since it is summer burning feet started in March and not much pain in my ankle. Washing feet with cold water and in AC gives comfort. From last summer I have nose dryness also which leads to blisters inside the nose. Last medication was ars alb, bryonia, ruta, ladam pal for ankle pain. I have dry, sore inner eye corner which is painful sometimes. Chloramphenicol with hydrocortisone acetate eye ointment applied. It was better only during medication. I had a vaginal infection 3 weeks ago and consulted Dr last week for vaginal dryness also. Gynae suggested moisturiser and said this may be due to perimenopause.
