Sexual Weakness and IBS(Irritable Bowel syndrome)
Dear Sir,I have been suffering with sexual and neural weakness for last 4 years, I am 28 years old and weigh around 72 kgs, I have developed some serious digestive problems which mimics the symptoms of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). As I get strange type of constipation with after ejaculation, I develop symptoms of diarrhea, flatulance with bloated stomach (diarrhea and constipation together) but my lower intestines feels like I havenÂt fully excreted and I feel soreness in my anal cavity which gets better after sometimes when I donÂt ejaculate for 2 weeks but
then I feel pain with erection which results with severe weakness, fatigue and leave me spending rest of the time with lack of energy,
I also feel pain and discomfort with the ejaculation especially around the area adjoining my left thigh
I canÂt figure out what it is that I am suffering with, all my urine tests and blood tests came back negative signifying no sign of Infection. I also take Anxiolytice medicine (xanax) and antideperesant to help me spend the day
Please help me diagnose my symptom and also suggest me treatment.

Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 7 days (only 3 doses in 7 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Dear Doc Kadwa,
I took 3 doses of Nux Vomica 200 and found no significant difference in my condition.
