bipolar - for Evocationer

I am using my wife's account, if you need me to open a new one please let me know.

I am bipolar, I have long periods of down: depression, anxiety and long periods of up: excitement, happiness, energy etc most likely 6 months or so each.
is there a homeopathic remedy that may help me especially during the down time? I am actually OK with the up time.
