white tongue

my age is 25 yrs ,officer in army ,suffering from white tongue having thivk white coating and migratory red patches on it from last 4 yrs
Spices and things having acid further aggravate it, sometimes migratory patches are painful as well.
Severe burning and acidity
sour mouth having salty taste coupled with watering in mouth
I developed all these complications after getting infected by h pylori
sometimes feelings as something is just got stuck up in the chest
got triple therapy(2 x anti- biotic and 1 x antiacid for 14 days once and 7 days again) for eradication of h pylori
constipation is also there

15. One situation that had a
big effect on you? I was employed in operational area,south wazaristan agency, developed problems like acidity,burning,painful oral ulcers .After 2 months of these complications i got my tongue white and frequency of oral ulcers reduced but migratory red patches started appearing on tongue .Then i got tests after a yr and was diagnosed with H Pylori infection.Medical specialist recommended combination of two antibiotics and omeprazol........got thgese first for 7 days and then for 14 days ,test of H Pylori was negative after recommended treatment but complication are still i am feeling. Later alnogwith these complications i develoved feeling as something is just stuck up in the chest ,feeling something is sticking in the chest in 2014.

I used folling medicines ......Omeprazol,amoxicillin, clarithromycin,tab motilium,and multi-vitamins.Presently taking omeprazol and homopethic medicines --------Silice 30,Calcium carbonicum30 andArsenicum album 30

A bit angry and irritating in nature because of irritation of tongue and oral ulcers

20. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g
urine- Pale Yellow, stool - Brown, sputum-Yellow and white, Saliva -Water color and whitish etc.
