Evocationer: 9 weeks pregnant

Hi there, it's been awhile since I posted. I wasn't sure whether to use my old thread, http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/422290/
or start a new one. I thought a new one might catch your attention better.
So we are more or less settled here in Alaska, and even though we weren't planning it, I am about 9 weeks pregnant now. With my last pregnancy, I was extremely anxious about his health during the whole pregnancy, but with this one, I have felt such reassurance about it, that everything is going to be ok and that the baby is going to be healthy. However, I have a few irritating symptoms that I wonder if you could help with. Our finances are doing better, so I believe I ought to be able to order remedies relatively quickly.
The most irritating symptom is feeling cold all the time. I have such a hard time getting and staying warm. Warming spiced drinks (cinnamon, cloves, etc) help, but only temporarily. I asked my doctor to check my thyroid, but it came back normal. (They only checked TSH.)
The other symptom is very sluggish or disordered digestion. Seems that many things I eat that normally would be ok are either not getting digested properly or not getting assimilated properly. I get indigestion with just about anything, and instead of constipation like you'd expect with pregnancy, I have the opposite problem.
I'm sure you will want me to fill out a questionnaire, which is fine, so I won't go on and on. Thanks so much for your time, as always.
