Daughter coughing all night

Hi, my daughter will be turning three next month. She is coughing all night. The coughing is much more tonight. During the day she was coughing too. The coughing started a couple of days ago but is much more persistent today. No runny nose, no fever just a constant dry cough. What can I give her?
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
GIVE SPONGIA TOSTA 200c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, only 2 dose not more than that, not daily, 1st dose before sleep and next dose next morning after wakeup,

{if buying pills then 3 pills as one dose, 2 times, 1st at night and 2nd after wakeup, dissolved in a tablespoon water}

do not eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after medicine,

REPORT improvement AFTER 15 DAYS

Does this effect any other remedies. She has been on mendorhinum about a month and half ago? Also, I don't have that remedy handy now j will have to wait until tomorrow. Would I be able to use chamomilla for tonight?
