Attn, Dr Evovationaer, Case of severe Jock Itch

Hi, I'm an Indian male, 49 yrs old, living for past 20 yrs in California. For the past some years, I have been suffering from severe case of Jock Itch. It kept in control with Aveeno Eczema Therapy topical ointment, but that works for a few hrs and is not of much use during night. I have tried various other ointments prescribed by my medical practitioner, but due to side-effects like shortness of breath, I have to discontinue any medicine that suppresses rather than cure.
Over time the affected area has increased considerably, and now it is extended to both thighs and most of the pubic area. Due to constant desire to scratch, the skin has taken a more leathery texture in parts and darkened considerably.
I have taken advice about the same on this forum before, when I was advised to take Petroleum 200, 3 doses over 2 days, which aggravated initially, but did not cure. Another time i took Graphitus 6c, once again of no help.
In an unrelated incident a couple yrs ago, I had developed a constant headache after learning about the death of a close family member. At that time Lycopodium 200 (3 doses) was given, and it cured my headache completely.
