I exercise 3 times a week plus still play competitive field hockey so very fit. I could lost about 5-6 kilos but that would be all

pl give me daily your bp morning and evening before going to job and after.pl try to reduce wt which may help and pl continue meds till i get data from you.

If it is o.k. to Dr. Mohla, try taking 6 resins (along with suggested remedies) each day. Please take 2 minute time to consume one resin. It was advised here at abc forum and I'm very much benefitted.

His meds which I will advise is rawwolfia serpitina Q along with Bach flower given earlier.

fyi- resins- means raisins.

What is the dosing of rawolfia serpitina Q?

Gp If you don't know, Q means mother tincture
and it is always a liquid.

10 drops in 4 table spoon of water after one hour of meal. three times daily for one month.we can mix same quantity of crategus with rawwolfia.
