Polycystic ovaries

Dear doctor,
i have polycystic ovaries (both)from last year

married last 5 months
irregular periods
heavy bleeding
painful periods
60 kgs weight
now gaining weight
5ft 2 inch height

now i am facing very sever pimples on face & a lot of hairs on my body & face like mens.

please suggest me some medcines.

1 Polycystic ovaries (both)

i found this problem when periods not occured for 3 months, then i started elopathy medicine, my periods started but still have problem.

2 irregular periods
painfull periods
heavy bleeding & irregular bleeding
severe back pain during menses
hairs on body like men
hair fall slight
pimples on face & body
heavy wieght gaining

(i have severe hairs on body like men, that looks so awkward especially on belly & thighs)

3 feel anger, not feel calm, always tired,

4 do not feel calm & body hairs & heavy wight is problem

5 no past diseas, i didn't had periods for 3 months last year

6 always


8 internal hamrmonal problem


10 moody, arrogant, irritating
senstive to external stimuli

11 i feel lonliness

12 like spicy

13 thirst less

14 food less (but avoid more food due to weight problem)


16 sweating more

17 bowl movement normal

18 sleeping less

19 sexual desire normal


21 i use harmonal medicines by elopathy,

22 joints pain is major in my family

23 low height, heavy weight after this problem

i have not normal menstruation, these remains for 6 days

1. Describe your main suffering? State the correct location of pain or suffering.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type? Do you have any abnormal smell in the urine?

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

19. Do you think you are able to address your libido in general? Would you say your drive is low, normal or high?

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual sensation, thoughts or feelings? How are you different from others?

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

22. What major diseases have run in the family in the last two generations both sides?

23. Describe your overall appearance with respect to your BMI, skin type, muscular or flabby etc.
24. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.

25. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe all irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc. as below:
- Are your periods generally regular, early or delayed? What is the usual cycle duration?
- Describe the sensations and locations of pain before, during and after the flow.
- How do you generally deal with your sufferings during periods? Do you have any non-medical way of relieving your suffering?
- What is the duration of flow? Is it heavy, medium or light?
- Do you observe clots?
- Do you have mid-cycle spotting? What are the days you have spotting?

dear rishimba i have already given detailed information, these are general questions you are asking me to answer.

my problem is polycystic ovaries, how can i answer these question e.g place of problem,location, in what time i feel problem

generally i have cysts in my ovaries, due to which i have abnormal harmons levels, causing hair on my skin etc

I need to know your total disease picture. Whatever you have answered, all these symptoms are covered by nearly a dozen remedies.

How do I know which one would work on you?
