Skin breakouts and fever

I have been on Berberis for gallstones for the last couple of months which seems to be doing fine, however, over the past month I have started to develop acne spots across my chin, forehead and a little around my cheeks.

They are usually large, red, and painful with a few blackheads. Also, I have developed a fever over the past couple of days along with extreme vomiting and headaches. After the fever and sickness disappeared I noticed a small abysses next to my bottom wisdom tooth.

Could these be related? Any suggestions on what to take since I would rather not diagnose myself.

berberis is not for gall stone this medicine is for Urinary stone. for gall stone the right medicine is Fel tauri 3x . Continue this medicine for cure.

at present skin breakout and fever you are advise to take rhus tox 30 thrice in a day for a 3 to 4 days then after you start the fel tauri 3x thrice in a day
