Homeopathic Tincture

Is a tincture not really the same as homeopathy? I was sold a tincture, Lobelia, at the health food store and was assured that it is not true homeopathy and that it will not aggrevate my symptoms because it is not really homeopathy (like treats like).

The bottle says
Homeopathy tincture 3x Lobelia Herb
Lobelia inflata
herbal supplement

mother tincher is pure homoeopathy . The homoeopathy medice will not be able to prepare without mother tincher . it is base of homoeopathy medicine. This lobelia is not aggravate your any complain go on continue.
