13 weeks pregnant - Nausea and vomiting Page 2 of 2

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I also forgot to mention I feel much better from nausea after I eat. It is just 30-45 minutes later that I start feeling disgusted and nausea. Thinking of food at that point is very disgusting and makes me gag. I try to eat every 2 hours.

Hi- Try one dose of Colchicum 200c
and would be good to also order Cocculus 200 as a back up, I know
you are probably going to have to order ( so it saves
shipping fees)

3 pill under the tongue.

Let me know the effects after a
few days.

You can also try making ginger root
tea- boil a 1/4 inch slice of ginger
in a cup of water for 15 minutes. It
soothes the stomach.

___________

Did you experience this with your first pregnancy at all?

Explain about the motion sickness since a child-
I assume you do not get nauseous? only when pregnant?
How long has this gone on from what age?
Do you always have it driving or being a passenger in
a car? boat? Do you always have to be careful walking
and moving your head?

Thank you for the reply. Will have to order tonight then. I could probably get as 30c locally - would that help or no?

I can't even look at ginger! I tried making the tea and had the most horrific vomiting sessions. It lasted almost a full day!

My last pregnancy was similar, although I felt more indigestion and acid. I was put on omeprazole but I do not want to take medications this time around.

As a child I never got dizzy. As I grew up, sudden movements make me very sick. The first and second day of cruises are always very bad. I have to wear the bands and take Dramamine. Roller coasters and even merry go round in Disney world is very disorienting. I get excessively dizzy and nauseous.

In a car it's not bad, it has only affected me by car now that I am pregnant.

I feel I need to be extra careful now but even when I was not pregnant a couple months ago, I'd still have to be careful about spinning my head too fast or look back in the car if it was moving if not I'd feel the disorientation and nausea.

Your last two paragraphs confuse me.

You say even when not pregnant, spinning your
head or looking back too fast if car was
moving- would make you feel disoriented and
nausea.

How long has that gone on for?

You need to order the 200c, not use 30c.

Have you ever consulted a ENT about the motion
sickness bc this is usually some complex thing
going on in the inner ear.

Do you feel that this is an increase of
your normal motion sickness?

Because in that case I would try Cocculus first-
one dose.

Thanks.

Homeo helper and Simone

Hello! I am very sorry I have not replied. After I ordered remedies, I started seeing a chiropractor for upper back pain and almost immediately I noticed a change in digestive issues. I have been feeling a lot better for the past week to 10 days. I met with a nutritionist as well who advised me that my food choices were poor in the combinations of food I was eating therefore increasing my bad feeling in the stomach.

I will come back should I have any symptoms!

Thank you for your time and help while I was miserable with vomiting and nausea! It is very appreciated!!

Happy to hear that Natalie-If your spine is not running
right, it affects many other areas in
the body that don't seem to be connected.

Best wishes for you and your family.

Stomach: Sepia brings out many things in connection with the appetites, thirst, eating, drinking and stomach, etc.

The Sepia patient is generally conscious of a spoiled stomach, sour and bitter eructations of food, of mucus and bile, sour and bitter vomiting of food and mucus; all-gone, hungry, empty feeling in the stomach sometimes not relieved by eating.

At times a gnawing pain, a sinking, a gnawing hunger which is not always relieved by eating. Almost constant nausea, especially in the morning, nausea and eructations and vomiting of milky fluid; when the stomach is empty, vomiting, spitting up, eructations of milky fluid.

Aversion to food, to the smell of food cooking, like. and . The patient gets up in the morning with an all-gone feeling, distress and fullness in the stomach followed by belching and uprisings of mucus, and milky fluids; vomiting of pregnancy; vomiting of milky water in the morning; this is a characteristic of Sepia.
