contant blocked nose

My daughter 7 had a constantly blocked nose filled with mucus, she constantly clears it. can give details if anyone has suggestion. I am a homeopath (never really practiced though) myself a few years ago she kept having runny nose all the time and I gave her pulsatilla and she got better but this time it just doesn't seem to go away. I have tried kali bich, hepar sulph and puls. but no help. she had a round of antibiotics recently but it came back. thanks
