Sexual Weakness and HairfallAge = 25 years
Sex = Male
I have been suffering from sexual weakness since I was 20 years old and at the same time my hair also started falling.
Earlier around age of 17-18 I used to have a very hard erection and was able to maintain it for 8-10 minutes. I also had a head full of thick hair. Then I developed a habit of excessive masturbation which continued till I reached age of 20.
Now at 25 years of age , present situation is that I can not last even 4-5 strokes and ejaculate almost immediately and the erection is also not hard enough. My hair line has also receded quite a lot and have lost almost 50% hair at the crown region. I have a history of male pattern baldness.
I tend to think too much about things now and have low confidence. I like to eat sweet and sour things. My body weight is also in proportion to my height. I do brisk walking for half hour everyday. I am in a good job and that doesn't cause stress. But I fear that next year when I will get married. It will suffer due to the problems mentioned above.
Please help I am quite distressed. Please also guide how to take remedy ie in liquid form or pills and how many times.
