lipoma, fed up with it, best solution please
I am 25 yrs old tall and medium built(5'.9"-68kg) male,i got 2 -3 lipoma at the age of 17 or 18 on my hands , later year by year they are just increasing in numbers and size,now they are more than 50, I am very social, but because of lipoma i feel very bad to meetup people , i just hate it , i cant under go surgical removal because i am scared of it and even i cant afford,
I know they are harmless tumors but still it is so difficult to hide from people and explain about it to them.. please give me a solution,Suggest where to get those medicines , hoping for positive reply and thanks in advance

Bangalore,25yrs,male,5.11 ,69 ,I work in front of computers for 8hours per day
2) Duration of illness?
From age of 17 , started with small 2-3 pea sized tumors
3) Chief Complaints?
lipoma growth all over body
4) How is your Thyroid functioning?
normal
5) Do you have Diabetes?
no
6) Do you have Digestion Problem?
rarely i feel
7) How is your Bowl movement?
Normal
8) Do you feel thirsty? How many glasses of water you drink every day?
i like drinking lot of water , even if i wont feel thirsty
9) Do you feel good in warm or cold or humid climate?
warm is more comfortable
10) Are you having any stress? Describe it.
lipoma is the mentally stressing, else no such major stress
11) Do you get normal sound sleep?
yes
12) Explain in detail about you mood?
usually i will be happy , but get angry easily even for silly things, think a lot about small things
14) Any past medical problem which you would like to share the information?
long back in age of 15 had problem with nerve for few days
15) List of medicine in use at present?
no medicine , just having green tea and honey
16) Do you have grey hairs? What percentage of black hair is there on you scalp?
max of 10-15 grey hairs
17) Do you have acne problem? Past or present.
acne somewhat , but 1 or 2 on face , but on thighs i do have acne

no

yes

during winter or hot summer, yes somewhat

i used to play , but now i do exercise but not regular

i do have lot of oily food , but i am not fat, dint check cholesterol level

Staphysagria 1M was prescribed as treatement , i was in dilemma to take it or not because it is commonly prescribed to treat problems related to the nerves,headaches ,skin infections, persistent insomnia ... does it really help in curing lipoma????????????? ,,
Same was asked but no reply on that and please suggest site or shop to purchase medicine in bangalore
