Carotid artery blockage-is there a way to thin or break up the plaque?

Due to blockage in the carotid artery(2.5 level),my 82 year old Mom has been suffering from consistent dizzy spells,sudden low blood pressure, blurriness of vision,problem in speech and weakness. Currently she has been prescribed the following medicines:
Feliz s plus
Ecosprin
Homocheck
stator
plavix
olmesar

Is there a remedy for this problem in homeopathy?
Are there any of your abchomeopathy stores in Mumbai(Maharashtra,India)?

Give her Crategus Q (mother tincture) 15 drops, twice a day. It will take a few weeks to show improvement.

This can cause loose stools in some persons, in that case, reduce the dosage to once a day.

The issues you have stated are due to the allopathic medicines she is using.
