my face and spots

im 28 year old female who is getting really down about spots that keep coming up on my face i get bleack heads and big red spots that are really sore they are really starting to depress me now im embarresed of them and just wanted a tip on getting read of these unwanted spots thanks kerry xx

Any other symptoms? How big are these spots? Can you link any cause to them?

You can try BERBERIS EQUIFOLIUM in tincture foerm.10 drops in half cup of water thrice daily.I hope it will clear your complexion.
