Trying to understand the Homeopathic tool

I'm trying to understand how the homeopathic tool works. My symptoms aren't exactly the same as the symptoms listed and I'm not sure how to pick between the solutions.

Here's my attempt.

I have post-nasal drip. I suspect it is due to mold allergies (we have had a lot of flooding recently). I am not sneezing. I don't have pain. I feel something in my chest so I try to cough up. It is mildly productive, clear to milky white.

My sternum (my vagus nerve I suspect) aches which I've always equated to being tired and not getting good enough rest.

Beyond the current symptoms, I also have 2 chronic problems (am I supposed to add them to the list or are they distractors?)

They are that I have a really hard time falling asleep. I may start to fall asleep (actual sensation of falling) but then wake up in just a few minutes. Beyond this I get very sleepy around 4-6pm as if that is when my body wants to go to sleep, but even that will turn out to be a nap. Once I get to sleep, I'm good, but the getting to sleep is a problem.

Second issue is chronic muscle tightness, especially in my Achilles tendon, calf, and my IT bands (illio-tibia?) on the side of the leg. Applying magnesium works a bit but not enough.

So how would I use the tool with this scenario? (or can anyone recommend what would be a good set of homeopathics to try?)

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi,

The tool does not work for chronic things
like your muscle tightness. The tool can
work well for acute things. Acute things
are those that will eventually resolve on their own. The symptoms of the acute are put in
and you can get a good idea of what matches.

Chronic issues are based on your totality of
symptoms, mental, physical, emotional, what
makes it better and worse, so someone needs
to take your case and ask questions.

On Mold-Mold allergies do not go away unless
you get rid of the mold.People that have mold
allergies have a genetic predisposition to them
and once set off, the allergies return whenever
they get exposed to mold again.

In order to heal the body has to stop being
triggered off. You can go onto a site called
Mold Check and order the strip kit that you put
out to see which rooms show up with the most spores. That room would be where the leak is. Then you have to hire someone ( and you should
not be in the house) to carefully bag up the damaged dry wall and
have a hepa vacuum etc. The leak has to be repaired- then new dry wall,
mold resistant paint etc has to be put on. If carpets floors got
damaged then they have to be pulled up and out.

If someone tries to do this and is careless they will spread the mold
spores all over and it will be worse.

I have worked with people with mold allergies who refused to fix
the house or get out of the house and no remedy was going to cure this.
This allergy can then further impact your immune system where one
has a problem with smells and perfume, febreeze is a bad one-etc.

Look at the mold check site and see how to make your living space
free of the mold.

In this case, the mold is from the grass outside. I'm not sure how I will be able to get rid of that.

I'm open to suggestions though.

Here is a link to mold on grass-

fyi- Have someone else do this work, don't be
at home when it goes on.http://www.gardenguides.com/95653-rid-mold-grass.html

For your other problems and you can include
the allergy symptoms ( but know you have to get
rid of the actual cause too)

you can click on prescriber names on here, see
their posts, how long they have been on here,
who they are etc.

Then post again, ask for someone in your headline
to take your case, prescribe and monitor you.

This is a forum and anyone in the world can
suggest a prescription if they want to.

I'm sorry but I'm not quite understanding. Is there some place that identifies who is a prescriber. Do I need to ask for a particular person by name or do I just ask for someone in general?

Thanks a bunch

If you look thru different posts, you will
see someone has a question and then another
person responds.

Click on names of some of the responders. See
their profile and also their previous posts on
here will show up.

Since anyone can join the forum and anyone
can offer a prescription whether they are a
homeopath, or just someone who appeared today,
you have to discern who you are taking advice from.

If you decide you want advice from a particular
person then put their name in the headline.
