hydrocele in kids

My 3 yr old son is having hydrocele on his right testicle.
We are giving him homeo medicines from May onwards. At first we gave one medicine RHODODENX,(spelling may not be correct). We were told to continue this for 1 month and if it does not reduce start another medicine named SILICEA.And also we were told that if it is not reducing with the medicine RHODODENX,hydrocele happened due to external injury. We are now giving him SILICEA.
DOES THIS WORK OR WE HAVE TO GO FOR ANOTHER MEDICINE OR SURGERY?DOES HYDROCELE OCCURS THROUGH PHYSICAL INJURY?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
if it is on account of injury he needs Arnica. in any case you should stop the medicines as he has already been over medicated.

Actually I didn't understand why I have to stop the medicines??
And also what is this SILICEA??
Why the doctor has given that?

homeopathic treatment is quite different from allopathy. in homeopathy there are short acting medicines and long acting medicines. short acting medicines can be used daily but long acting medicines cannot be repeated like that . Silicea and rhododendron are long acting medicines and should not be used like that. if you continue to use them you can be in serious trouble. your son will then have a drug induced disease which may not be curable .
