Hello Sir, one week is over. Not much difference or weight loss. BTW I had not stopped my thyroid medicine this time as the doctor had said it will have withdrawal effects.

please mention all diseases you have suffered from till now.
is there any history of tuberculosis in the family ?

No history of tuberculosis. All diseases suffered in past that I remember: chicken pox, SRUS are the only major ones I remember, but I have cold and bronchitis problem regularly. Apart from this BP was high once , but now it is normal. And there is the usual gas and sometimes constipation. And finally, hypothyroidism and the usual sumptoms, hair loss and weight gain.

yes, feeling slightly better. weight and hair loss, no significant improvement.

thyroid cases take a lot of time. as there is slight improvement we have to give time to the medicine to act. update after one week.

Hello sir, not much difference this week and still no weight loss, also I do feel a little bloated some times.
Also I have caught sneezing and cough, but it may very well be irrelevant to our problem.

I've tried that, but not much change there.
Also the cough I had did not heal much.
Should I also implement some lifestyle changes along with the treatment ? As I have a sitting job and not much of exercise.

yes, you do that. people in sitting jobs should do some exercise.
