Thyroid Intollerent

I am a 65-year-old female
unable to take any thyroid without allergic reaction of weakness and digestive upset. This due to a doctor leaving me on Thyrolar 2 for many years without changing. After some symptoms of severe drowsiness while driving and excessive salivation while doing house work finally a different doctor noticed way too much thyroid and lowered it. Symptoms went away. Was able to be on one thyroid at 13mcgs for a few weeks and things were great. But that ended. For several months now I am not taking any thyroid but need to be taking one as constipation is pretty bad and I know thyroid controls sphincter muscles. Can you recommend? Due to the above and year-long mold exposure I have high blood pressure, so what I take will have to be safe with this condition. As a side, severe allergies due to this exposure to mold in home. We have left that home. I would love to have your feedback as constipation and digestion have worsened. Thank you for your time.
