7 year old son bites nails and wets bed.

I am needing some advice. My youngest son 7 years old, I nursed until he was 3yo., then I stopped I was pregnant again. I had a very very easy delivery of him 3 hours no drugs, very quick. He immediately started biting his nails. He potty trained very easy. 4 months later after a very hard delivery of a healthy girl and beinging in the hospital for 2weeks he started wetting the bed and hasn't stopped. He is very bright and friendly, shows now signs of allergies. He is very outgoing.Likes all foods. He is good on the computer and math,spacial and communication skill very good.Loves to build things with lego, will look at a picture and try to build it and usually gets very close in the representation with legos. Show a little difficulty learning to read. He has two brothers 19 and 16, and a sister 3. One with excema, one with allergies pollen and dust, sister show no signs other than biting her nails. Their father has been tested and is allergic to all dust and pollen,and dogs (we have a dog, and he loves dogs), but not allergic to cats. Go figure.

Thank you for posting so quickly. Please explain how to give the dose for the homeopathic medicine, CINA 30. I have only use different herbs in pill or capsule or in liquid form. I have read on other post here that some homeopathic medicines have to be put in water, placed under the tongue etc.. I understand the thrice a day before meals, for 3 days.
Do the biting of nails and wetting the bed show any deficiency in anything?

I wouldn't sweat it to bad... The nail biting is somthing that you can and/or won't grow out of. I know plenty of adults that bite their nails....Now the bed wetting thing, well..one day you might wake up and find him dry. Than another night and another, etc... I know plenty of guys I went to high school with who pee'd the bed up to age 13 and then just stopped.... Does your boy wet almost every night? Are some nights better than others? Is he drinking after 8pm? Do you ever try to check on him during the night to see if he is wet and if he is not do you try to wake him to see if a bathroom trip is in order? Let me know I am no doctor but I have experience with bedwetters!

Hi again, I did the CICNCA 30c 5 drops in water, 3 times a day. I did it for 5 days, and then waited. He had one dry night. He seems to wet the bed after midnight. It is like he empties his whole bladder. Is there something else I can try. Thank You Lisa
