Question about Morgan Pure Nosode

This nosode and other bowel nosodes are very complex prescribing.

I would not be considering them for your child.

Developed by Patterson and his wife, Elizabeth from 1920 until 1960. These remedies were used chiefly in British Homeopathic practice but after some years of neglect they are gaining more favour, especially now with the issues of allergies and antibiotic damage prevalent in today’s patients. Their field of action is much broader than their name suggests, with "________ indicating symptoms arising from the whole system" rather than just the bowel.

Case Strategy

Paterson suggested the following indications for the use of the Bowel Nosodes.

New Case: For a patient who has not received homeopathic treatment the indicted remedy should be given and not the nosode.Where a tricky choice lies between a number of different remedies and most of those fall within those associated with a Bowel Nosode, the nosode may be given.
Old Case:For a patient
who has undergone homeopathic treatment for a while and is no longer responding satisfactorily, a study can be made of their clinical history and the nosode associated with most of the effective remedies administered may be given. Even if there is no movement in the case after the nosode, the patient’s response to subsequent remedies will be more beneficial.
Warnings

Never Mix Bowel Nosodes
Don’t repeat a Bowel Nosode within three months
Don’t give a Bowel Nosode when the stool count for non-lactose fermenting bacteria is 50% or higher and rising
These are deep-acting remedies that alter the homoeostasis of the patients digestive metabolism, with all that that entails for the assimilation of food, allergic reactions and flow of essential nutrients to the body. A nosode should not be repeated within three months to allow for it to act.

The key point here, is that any remedy or nosode has to match
the totality of symptoms in the case. What symptoms a homeopath
is choosing to give more weight or importance to can be wrong.

Just because one thinks the child would benefit from being on
antibiotics is not a good enough reason to give it. That is why you
want a homeopath who follows Hahnemann and does one remedy at a time,
and it seems no one has given diet advice either which is simply crazy
in my mind.

Also, children are hard to do, because they need to be observed because
they can't give their symptoms-what you end up with is what the parents
think- many homeopaths will not take a childs case online or even via
skype because they know they will not be able to take the case correctly.

You are not depriving the child of anything, in fact Dr. Andre Saine in
Canada, says he almost never, ever uses a nosode of any kind at all,
and he is known worldwide for taking on cases that Md's and homeopaths
think are incurable and he succeeds.

And by how it works,

you are asking about the original provings done on the substances,
remedies or nosodes.

Provings have to be done correctly. The substance is given
repeatedly to a healthy group of people. Then what they
experience is noted down by observers who monitor this,
and then commonalities are put into the materia medica.

At the top of the forum is the alphabet, that is a materia
medica, so you can go thru a remedy and all the symptoms
you see it is used for are things it can cause.. in a healthy person.

Things get into materia medica's thru the proving system.
Sometimes you have to belong to a proving site to see these
things. Often things have got into the materia medica from
many years ago, that are not really right.

Such as the remedy Silica-fear of needles and pointy objects-
this is well known, but actually only one prover had this
symptom, it should never have got into the materia medica.

Dr. Saine takes a long case, then he works with the provings
directly, those that he trusts were done right in the first place.

Again- this is all about "matching" symptoms to the materia
medica or to the provings. You get the symptoms first,
and only then start to look for remedies.

Thank you for this explanation Simone...as you know I'm studying homeopathy wit a local homeopath and I tumbled into this nosode trhu robin Murphy's repertory...

My son has cracks on bend of elbows​ plus other eczema in other parts of the body when he was just 4 months old i (I think that was just shortly after the rotavirus vaccine id i remember it right) and only 2remedies came up - mang and morg.....i thought of asking the morg and then saw this post...

When he was 5 we had ahair mineral test on him and his manganese (and iron ) were off the charts!!!! So the repertory above might really be true...so we will try manganese later...he is very sensitive and he's using LM or Q potency...but can take 30c in more days in between...what might be the dosing if he uses manganum metallicum for the detox???

I would be wary of any detox -
As all eliminatory organs have to be strong enough to handle detox. The body has wisdom of keeping toxins in
Safe places on purpose .

The above dr is a surgeon, Chinese med dr, homeopath, he lives in NZ now -but you could consult with him on detox as he really has experience here.

And he probably would not use remedies, but build up the system first.

Ok Simone thanks will look into that....my boy had around 8 remedies already and not ao good effect...till i saw robin Murphy's repertory... Studied some then saw cuprum appeared several times..he has spasms​ since 2yrs old and cuprum is helping with that so with his behavior and rashes...i think it is detoxing also his copper toxicity ... That's why i wanted to try that manganum also.....my daughter who has epilepsy has high level of mang in her hair test too...

That's why it could be in our water or environment...

She was a student of Robin Murphy.
She does online cases and has been giving good advice on that site for many years.

I would enlist her aid and supervision.

Thank you simone, our teacher here was also a student of robin Murphy. He is curing a lot here and all imaginable diseases...but i found out his strategy in repertorizing and it's a lazy method... That's why maybe it's only ameliorating some..and i found out from experience that skin disease do not respond well to high potency (for my son's case) but our homeopath here doesn't believe and experience d prescribing Lms or q... Although i wanted to just try 6c for the succeeding remedies because lms or q are expensive, 20$ each and the cist of shipping too high + waiting period around a month... I'm studying right now and spending remedies also for my eldest with epilepsy with mr Manfred Mueller from the US via phone consult...

But will try to reach the one you suggested if i can afford her consultation...wish me luck!

She Is a very knd person, and I believe has a sliding scale for those who need it.
