Type 1 diabetic for 31 years

Hi! I would like to know if I could get a remedy for Type 1 diabetes. I cannot find a naturopath or homeopath in my location so any assistance would be appreciated.

First of all, I have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes since the age of 2. I am 33 now. I am an African American female. Diabetes does run in my family on the paternal side. My dad's mother died from complications from diabetes when I was 10 years old. My dad has Type 2 diabetes now. He was diagnosed about 6 or 7 years ago and he is 64.

I am a generally healthy person. I am very rarely sick at all. I am 5'2" and approximately 108 lbs. I live in Mobile, Alabama in the USA. The weather is very metropolitan here. I have a very fast metabolism and although I love to eat and eat pretty often, I do not pick up much weight. If I become depressed or stressed, my weight will drop very quickly and I will look sick. I do not look sick now.

I take no other allopoathic medicines besides Humalog insulin which I take with the help of an insulin pump. My blood sugar fluctuates throughout the day. It is typically low in the morning, ranging from 50 to 125. I have seen it be as high as 535 (rare) if I misjudged my carbohydrate intake and did not give enough insulin.

I have no high blood pressure or cholesterol issues. The last time I took my Alc, it was 9.0. That was in December 2014. I have hope it has decreased some since then. I will be taking all vitals in the next coming weeks.

I have had eczema since around 13/14 years old. I got chickenpox around 13 years old and my skin was never the same after that. I had severe eczema on my face from around 15-17 years old. I used to put cortisone cream under my eyes to relieve the itching. At 19 years old, my eye doctor told me I had glaucoma. I am quite sure it was from the cortisone cream. I do not get too much eczema now and haven't had any on my face in about 13 years. I have a small patch on my left ankle that has been there for about 3 years now. I started taking Sulphur 30c and it has helped a lot. It does not itch that much now. I noticed in the last couple of days, I had a small flare up on my right inner elbow area. It flares up throughout the day then will calm down.

I recently read about taking Syphilinum if there is a family history of diabetes. I had to order from Canada, but I do have now. 1M, 10M, and 50M. I have not started yet because I wanted more clarity. I also see a few remedies online for type 1 diabetes.

I am seeking a cure, even though I see there is no cure. That is fine. I am my own guinea pig though. So I would love the opportunity to test different things and see what works. The Sulphur apparently worked.

I'm open to all ideas and suggestions. I hope I get a response and sorry for such a long post. I just wanted to explain my history as best I could.

Thank you so much for responding. Another visitor highly recommended you in another forum. Here are my answers:

Patient ID: SoDivine7
Sex: Female
Age: 33
Nature of work: Psychological case worker in a school system for the last 6 years. Work a lot on the computer.
Habits: Excessive cracking of fingers, toes, and knee joints (especially when stressed), sleep a lot when possible, workaholic

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experience and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?

High blood sugar and low blood sugar swings (Type 1 diabetes).

State the correct location of pain or suffering.

Pancreas

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

Eczema (lichen) on left ankle, skin itches all over often but no rash, acne on face at times, high blood pressure in eyes (glaucoma), abdominal pain at times, gas, excessive passing of stool lately. No diarrhea or constipation. Dark spots on body from acne scars, especially on back. Can get pimples all over body with no rhyme or reason. Random urinary incontinence at times. My bladder will feel full and may actually come out while trying to get my clothes off to use the bathroom. It does not happen at night and I do not wet the bed. It usually accommodates high blood sugar.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

I hate being diagnosed with diabetes. It is aggravating and annoying. My skin is the worst. I wish I had pretty skin all the time, not ugly scars. My face has gotten better through the years. Eczema can drive me crazy at times as I can't figure out what causes the outbreaks and used to not be able to stop the itch. I am very embarrassed if I urinate before getting my clothes off/down as urine will be on my clothes.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.

At my worst, I am very irritable, fatigued, worried, and depressed. I can't seem to get enough sleep and have no energy even after getting a lot of sleep. I can be mean to other people for no reason and don't have much memory of it. After being told about it, I am very apologetic and feel guilty. I may have ideas but can't bring anything to fruition. My throat will feel dry. I will feel anxious. My legs and feet will cramp.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease? What was happening in your life just before these symptoms were noticed?

Diabetes started between 2-3 years old. I don't remember much happening. I remember being very sleepy , laying on the floor in my family living room watching Transformers cartoon on TV. It was the middle of the day. The next thing I remember is waking up to my parents and paramedics and being fed spinach to raise my blood sugar. This was when I was first diagnosed. I was a healthy child and don't remember much of anything else. My mom told me I used to wet the bed frequently at night.

After having chicken pox, I noticed problems with my skins such as bad acne on face, eczema, and dark scars from acne.

Cortisone cream seemed to cause the glaucoma since I had a bad flare up under the eyes.

I noticed itching all over body when I was around 25. It would be worse at night and I would often have to take Benadryl in order to go to sleep.

Urinary incontinence started about 1.5 years ago.

6. What time of the day do you suffer the most? What time of the day /night do you feel most energetic and happy?

I do not like mornings really. I have to be to work at 8am. I am often late because I do not like getting up and end up rushing. This does not affect my job as I am salaried so I have a cushion. I am a cheerful person, but do not really enjoy talking until about 1030 am at work. On the weekends, I may not get up and start moving around til around noon, sometimes later. I am the most energetic and happy around 7pm. I am a night person and depending on what is going on, I may not go to sleep until around 2am. At night/evening, my abdominal pains are increased. My stomach usually rumbles more then.

7. What are the things that aggravate your suffering and those that ameliorate the same? Example: time, hot or cold application, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing, sweating, walking, climbing, stool etc.

I'm not sure if anything abnormal aggravates diabetes. Eating increases blood sugar. Not eating decreases blood sugar. This is normal. Sometimes it's harder to tell what foods do not respond to insulin well.
It seems that bathing makes the eczema or itching flare up on skin. I use my own homemade bath product (Apple Cider vinegar, coconut oil, sunflower oil, aloe vera juice, lemon pulp and lemon juice, 2 homeopathic Sulphur pellets, 2 homeopathic silica pellets, water. Skin does not really itch during the day or maybe I'm too busy to notice.

8. Do you think your sufferings have direct relation to any particular external factor or are it something to do with your own biological changes?

From research, it seems type 1 diabetes is caused by some kind of virus. Diabetes causes the eczema and the glaucoma from what I understand. I believe artificial insulin causes skin issues as well.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

I hate really cold weather or really cold environments. Hot and humid is miserable as well.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Please pick out the adjectives which best describe your personality; (at least 10)
Nervous, Anxious, Shy, Worrying, Paranoid, Proud, Unsocial, Guilty, Depressed, Hypochondriac, Untidy, Weepy, Emotional, Impractical, Confused, Suspicious, Jealous, Timid, Aggressive, Headstrong, Forgetful, Follower, Insecure, Immature, Impulsive, Rigid, Restless, Feminine, Empathetic, Introverted.

I am a generally happy person. I love to laugh. I laugh often and enjoy making others laugh. I consider myself a social introvert. I used to be very extroverted and hated being by myself. I am quite opposite since I've gotten older.
Nervous, worrying, untidy, jealous, headstrong, insecure, impulsive, introverted, anxious, aggressive.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?

I love to sleep during a thunderstorm. Loud claps of thunder make me jump. I hate driving in a thunderstorm. I love being at home while a thunderstorm is happening.

- How do you respond to consolation during your tough times?

I don't necessarily like to be consoled. I'd rather just be by myself and deal with my tough time on my own.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc.?

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc?
- How do you get along with your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
-What is your profession? Do you love your profession? What is your dream job?
-Did you have any bereavement in life? How has it affected you?
-Do you have any issues regarding your parenting by guardians?
-Can you remember any unfortunate incident in life that you want to forget?
-How do you respond to music? Do you feel better or worse mentally listening to music?
- What upsets you most in yourself and in others?

I enjoy external stimuli such as lights and music (bass). It is soothing to me.
I hate cigarette smoke. I avoid it.
I crack my fingers, wrists, ankles, toes, and knee joints excessively. I do it more when stressed. I used to talk to myself a lot, often acting out an entire scenario. It does not happen that much now, but every now and then.
I get along well with others for the most part. I have no children or spouse.
My profession is a case worker in a middle school. I help students stay on track to graduate. I like my job. I don't love it. It has its rewarding moments. I'm not sure what my specific dream job would be, but it would deal with helping others to heal and traveling.
I was very saddened by the death of my paternal grandmother when I was 10 years old. I don't think it has affected me adversely since I have matured. I don't cry very often.
I have been told I was not pretty directly or indirectly throughout my life. I have also been told I was too silly and goofy. Sometimes I think about it and it hurts my feelings. I do not believe that I am not pretty however. I realize that everybody has their different likes and dislikes. Some of these people were people that I actually liked/attracted to however so I guess that's where the hurt feelings would come in.
My mom is very strict and religious. That has affected me through the years. She never seemed to believe me about certain ideas or thoughts. Even though I am very blunt and will speak my mind. I never understood this. I love her nonetheless. My dad is very loving and an outstanding father. I have nothing negative to say about him. I can talk to him about anything. He may not always agree but he will talk and discuss with me anything.
I hated my entire fifth grade year of school. I believe my teacher was racist and just didn't like me for unknown reasons. She always sent home a negative note and I would be grounded, couldn't talk on the phone, couldn't watch TV, etc my entire 5th grade year. My mom never believed me and always took this teacher's side.
I also had the opportunity to play basketball in high school. I played all 3 years of middle school 6-8th grade. My mom would not let me play in high school because we would be traveling a lot and they didn't want any complications due to diabetes. (hypoglycemia
) My dad agreed with her. I was upset a very long time in regards to this.
I absolutely love music! Music is the center of my life. I respond better when listening to music.
It is somewhat upsetting that I can't be as intimate as I would like to be with others. Sometimes I am irritable with no known reason. In others, it is upsetting that people don't treat me in the same way I treat them.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

I fear not being able to pay for all my necessary expenses independent of anyone else. I have dreams that surround my cars that recur but in various different ways. For example, my cars brakes stop working, or my car only drives in reverse in circles, somebody mugging me at my car, somebody attacking me to get the keys to my car, etc.

12. What do you crave in food items and what are your aversions?

I crave salty foods often. I crave black olives often. I can't think of any food aversions. I do not crave sweets that often. I love meat and have to have some every day.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?

My thirst is less. I have to force myself to drink water. I stopped drinking soda last year. I used to drink Root Beer 3 or 4 times a day. I did not use to drink water at all. I try to drink about 3 bottles of water today. Usually, it's only about 1.5 however.

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?

My hunger is normal.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can't stand?

No, there is no food that my body can't stand, but I don't like Licorice (red Twizzlers or black jelly beans)

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

I do not sweat that much. My body is typically cooler. I will sweat however in extreme heat. This will be my head and my back. If my blood sugar is low, I may sweat as well. This may cause me to sweat excessively.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type? Do you have any abnormal smell in the urine?

My bowel movements recently have increased. Whereas I may have one bowel movement a day, I now have 3 or 4 bowel movements a day. The stool passes easily and quickly. It is not runny but seems softer than it used to be. I used to be constipated. My urine has no abnormal smell.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

I sleep very well. I love to sleep. I have no problem falling asleep when I'm ready to really go to sleep. I sleep soundly and may wake up to go to the bathroom once but that is not even typical. I usually sleep on one of my sides. Left and right. I hate to sleep on my back.

19. Do you think you are able to address your libido in general? Would you say your drive is low, normal or high?

My sex drive is low. Although I love it, I don't seem to desire it like others in America.

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual sensation, thoughts or feelings? How are you different from others?

I hate to hear people smack and pop bubble gum. It is extremely annoying to me. I feel like I have to scream. I hate the feeling/sensation of two sides of a paper towel rubbed between my fingers. It makes my skin crawl.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

I used to take NPH & regular insulin when I first became a diabetic. This then changed to Lantus once a day when I was in college. As of 2007, when I got on the insulin pump, it became Humalog insulin.

I can't verify that the insulin specifically caused anything.

I'm pretty sure that Hydrocortisone under my eyes where I had an eczema flare-up caused the glaucoma.

I take several mineral salts recently-Hyland's Bioplasma, Nat Mur-6x, Mag Phos 6x, Nat Phos 6x, and Silica 6x.

I also take Homeopathic Sulphur 3oc. This has helped the itchiness of the eczema on my ankle. Although, it seems to not be working quite as well lately. The itchiness has returned a little bit, but nothing like what it was.

I also started Homeopathic EnurAid by Hylands for the incontinence about a week ago. I only take 2 pills a day. I have only noticed a very slight improvement.

I take Forskolin 10mg by Life Extension roughly every other day. I read on one of these forums that it can help lower pressure in the eyes. I have not been able to test this theory yet however.

Lastly, I take quite a few vitamins and herbs that I usually put in a shake I make in the mornings. If you need me to list them all, I will.

22. What major diseases have run in the family in the last two generations both sides?

Maternal-Heart disease, schizophrenia, glaucoma
Paternal-diabetes, colon canxer, stroke

23. Describe your overall appearance with respect to your BMI, skin type, muscular or flabby etc.

I am 108-110 lbs approximately and 5'2" (62 inches). I am petite, skinny, and a bit muscular.

24. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.
(For Females)

Diabetes Type 1- 2-3 years old
Myopia (near-nearsightedness)- 6 years old
Chickenpox- 13 years old
Eczema/Acne-starting at 13, fluctuated flare-ups since then
Glaucoma- 19 years old
Pneumonia- 23 or 24 years old
Diabetic Retinopathy- 26/27 years old

*Have had many cavity fillings and a few root canals throughout my lifetime

25. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe all irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc. as below:
- Are your periods generally regular, early or delayed? What is the usual cycle duration?
- Describe the sensations and locations of pain before, during and after the flow.
- How do you generally deal with your sufferings during periods? Do you have any non-medical way of relieving your suffering?
- What is the duration of flow? Is it heavy, medium or light?
- Do you observe clots?
- Do you have mid-cycle spotting? What are the days you have spotting?
- Describe changes in your mental condition or any other peculiar symptom that surfaces before, during or after the flow.
- Do your sufferings increase or decrease as soon as the flow begins?
- Did you ever take birth control pills on a regular basis?
- Have you ever been treated earlier or recently for any gynecological irregularity? Please describe.

My periods are very regular and always have been. My period lasts for about 6-7 days. My cycle averages at 31 days.
Before my period, my breasts are typically very tender. This can start as early as 2 weeks before the actual period starts. As soon as the period starts, the tenderness disappears. Often 1-3 days before my period, my stomach will begin cramping. Hours before it starts, it can become very unbearable. If I don't take Advil, I will throw up and break into a cold sweat. This will last for about an hour and a half after the period starts. If I take Advil, I can head those symptoms off. I have no non medical ways of relieving cramps.
The duration of the flow is about 5 days with just spotting on the 1st day and the last day. Flow is light 1st day. Heavy 2nd & 3rd day. Medium-4th and 5th day. Light 6th and 7th day.
I have observed clots. I do not have any mid-cycle spotting and never have.
I don't really notice any regular "pms" symptoms. My mood is pretty consistent.
My suffering may increase as soon as the flow begins (or right before). This is the time frame where I may throw up. The tenderness of breasts disappears or decreases significantly as soon as the flow begins.
I have never taken birth control pills.
I have never been treated for any gynecological irregularity.

The pic shown is of my ankle where the eczema is clearing up. It used to be much darker, dry and leathery. It is somewhat hard to tell, but there is still a slight eczema rash, because it started itching a bit recently. It will flare from scratching.

Please stop all other medication for some days.

Take SEPIA OFFICINALIS 200C three doses on a single day, each dose 4 hours apart.

T ake the doses in empty stomach and clean mouth. One dose would be 3 drops in 10 ml of water slowly sipped up and kept in mouth without swallowing.

Don't take any food or water one hour before or after taking the dose.

Once you have taken this dose-set, let me know your response in the next 15 days.

Please list down all changes felt and share with me after 15 days. If you respond to this remedy, we will decide on the future course of treatment for long term relief.

rishimba 8 years ago
Ok. I have to order. Let me ask this, do I continue the mineral salts and Sulphur 30c I already take when I start the Sepia. And if so, can I take at the same time? Thank you for your response. I will keep you updated.

kmac73 8 years ago
I'm sorry, I missed the very first sentence of your post saying to stop all medications. You can dismiss my previous question. However, I would still like to know if I should get the pellets or liquid form of the Sepia Officinalis 200c or does it matter??

Additionally, in regards to my other medications, you said stop for some days. Do I need to stop a few days BEFORE taking the Sepia? Also, I know to stop the Sulphur and EnurAid, Forskolin, etc but are you saying I need to stop the mineral salts as well? I didn't think that was considered actual medicine but that's why I wanted clarity.

And lastly, should I stop the supplements that I talked about I also take? I did not list them in the last email but they are normal vitamins, minerals, and supplements such as Biotin, Chromium, Magnesium, etc??

Get SEPIA in the liquid form from a reputed manufacturer.

Stop all medication but you may continue supplements. You need to stop Sulphur and wait for a week before you can start this treatment.

Let me know how you feel after 15 days of taking first SEPIA dose set.

rishimba 8 years ago
Thank you. Im ordering today. I will let you know.

Hi Rishimba! I messed up and did my dosage wrong. I only put 1 (one) drop in 10 ml of water. I did my dosages today (August 13, 2015). Do I still just wait 15 days using this dosage or do you recommend me trying it again with the correct 3 drops a dose in a few days or 15 days??

I was so excited to finally be able to start. Hate I messed that up... :-(

kmac73 8 years ago
Do it again today itself all over again and then wait and watch for 15 days.

You need to take 3 doses today itself.

rishimba 8 years ago
Hi Rishimba. Well today is the 15th day (August 29). I do not have a lot to report. I did not notice a lot of significance in regards to the Sepia. One major thing that was noticed is that I was itchy all over my body, especially at night, however. The eczema that is on my ankle has increased in itchiness. The Sulphur had seemed to be helping but you told me to stop to take the Sepia. I stopped a week beforehand as you had told me to do. So by the time I started the Sepia, my ankle was definitely itchy. The rest of my body does not have eczema but it is just itchy. It has calmed down in the last couple of days it seems. I had a bad headache last Sunday that got so bad, I had to end up taking some Advil tablets for. I haven't had a headache that bad in awhile either. I'm not sure what the Sepia was supposed to do, but I did not notice anything significantly favorable in the last 15 days.

Oh blood sugar was very stable the first day after taking the Sepia dosage then eventually became a bit erratic. (Nothing too unusual as my blood sugar can be erratic sometimes swinging from low to high)

Final thing, I had some labwork done on August 5, 2015. I had my metabolic panel done. My cholesterol (LDL) was slightly elevated. I do not take any cholesterol medication and don't plan on starting so I'm working on getting it back down. LDL is not supposed to be higher than 99. Mine was 109 so not drastically high. All other blood work was normal.

You say you sleep well, then how is it that you don't feel energetic in the morning after about 7 to 8 hours of sleep?

Do you feel early mornings you feel the most irritable?

Do most of your physical and mental sufferings aggravate as soon as you wake up in the morning?

rishimba 8 years ago
Sorry for my late response. i didn't realize you had responded.

I always feel like I sleep well as I love sleep. I don't wake up through the night or have nightmares or anything like that. However, I am not a morning person at all. I would rather continue to sleep until noon. I never like waking up and have a difficult time just getting up and getting started if it's in the morning. I can sleep 7 or 8 hours, but would prefer to sleep for 11 or 12 hours.

Yes I feel somewhat irritable in the mornings. I just don't feel like talking and socializing until about 10:00/10:30 am. I am talkative and social after this timeframe typically.

I don't necessarily think that physical sufferings necessarily aggravate in the morning. Itching seems to aggravate at night more so than mornings. I am just quiet in the mornings and try to stay to myself. I don't think I necessarily have any mental sufferings in the morning.

Sometimes I have headaches. If I'm going to get one, my head is typically hurting as soon as I wake up. i don't typically get a headache in the middle of the day. Blood sugar can swing wildly through the night but typically lower in the morning than other times of day.

I guess now I got your remedy.

Please take 2 doses of LACHESIS 200C on the same day, each dose 12 hours apart.

You should take the dose only on a single day.

Let me know after about 15 days, how have you responded to Lachesis.

I strongly feel this is your remedy for most of your sufferings.

Do not repeat the remedy dose before one month if at all.

rishimba 8 years ago
Ok, thank you. I will purchase this and try it out.

Do I still put 3 drops in 5ml of water like the Sepia in those 2 doses?

kmac73 8 years ago
Yes, please follow the same dosing method.

rishimba 8 years ago
Hi Rishimba! I have ordered the Lachesis so awaiting the arrival. It is coming from Helios in UK and I'm in the US so it takes roughly a week or so or has in the past.

Let me ask a question so that I make sure I am taking my dose(s) properly. In your dosage instructions (for the Sepia), you say "slip slowly and keep in mouth without swallowing." I am kind of confused with the statement. So basically hold in mouth for a few seconds or minute before swallowing? Because, I have to eventually swallow so can you please clarify that statement?? In the case of the Sepia, I sipped the entire 5ml in mouth and held it for about a minute before swallowing...is this proper procedure??

Additionally, I did not realize until recently (as in yesterday) that one symptom that is definitely different is I now have a very itchy, dry, flaky scalp. I did not attribute it to the Sepia until today really. I noticed the symptom about 3 weeks ago however (which is a few days after I took the Sepia). It was very slight at that time. It is definitely more extreme and frustrating at this point. I have not had any scalp issues since I was a young child I had eczema on the edges of my scalp only, not throughout my entire scalp. Back then, it was due to a product I was using on the edges of my scalp. When I stopped using the product, the eczema healed completely and I have never had any other issues with that until now. This is clearly different than the eczema symptoms. I have never had a dry flaky scalp.

Yesterday, I also noticed my inner (or probably middle) left ear is extremely itchy as well. It is not in the outer ear canal, but right past it. I cannot really scratch it. I had this symptom already; however it had seemed to have calmed down greatly with the sulphur) but it is noticeably aggravated at this point. I am still not taking any other homeopathic meds (sulphur, silica mineral salts, etc) because I know you told me I had to stop taking them a week before the Sepia so I assume the same for the Lachesis. I have not taken any mineral salts or allergy meds (benadryl or an allegra pill will help my itchy ear as well), but I am trying to just wait so I don't have to prolong waiting to take the Lachesis or any other homeopathy you recommend.

I'm sorry I did not report earlier but I really just put it all together now, because like I said these symptoms have noticeably increased in aggravation this week and I have not done anything different since the Sepia. Do you still recommend the Lachesis? Or do you think there is any thing different I should do or just remain constant and progress with the Lachesis recommendation?

Please get Lachesis but do not take it now.

You seem to have responded to SEPIA and this is a good sign. Please wait and watch all changes without taking any other dose.

If these symptoms do not cure by themselves, you will have to take one dose of SEPIA 1M.

Let me know after 15 days.

Oh ok. I'm glad it's a good sign AND its in my scalp and not something like acne where everyone could see...lol.

I will let you know in 15 days. Thank you again.

Hi Rishimba. I'm a few days late responding. I was supposed to respond back on September 24. So here are my results.

The flaking of my scalp did calm down a bit for a couple of weeks and the itching of my scalp lessened. But in the last 7 days, my scalp has started itching again, but there were no flakes. Today I noticed flakes again, but not as much as it was before. My scalp is back very itchy however even though the itchiness did calm down.

The spot on my right arm on the other side of my elbow was full blown eczema the last few weeks. It was very itchy and had raised hard little bumps. It has cleared up almost completely however as of today. I can see where the bumps were and it looks like it can become aggravated again if the right environment allows. (I believe that a particular Bath & Body Works body spray I use that I usually spray on my clothes somehow got on my arm, but I'm not positive). I cannot spray any kind of sprays, perfumes, and most scented lotions directly on my skin or I will have an eczema outbreak typically.

The eczema spot on my left ankle was very itchy and dry a couple of weeks ago (when my scalp was inflamed), but it has calmed down greatly as of today. It still itches, but the spot is not as dry and does not feel as rough. Besides the itching now and then, it seems to be clearing up. The spot on my ankle is much darker than the rest of my skin. I cannot tell if it has lightened up.

I am still having problems in the morning. I might wake up around 3:30am/4am for a little whil,e but when I fall back asleep, it is very hard for me to wake back up at 5:45 or 6am (which is the time I am supposed to get up and start getting ready for work). I just feel tired and don't feel the same way as I felt around 4am. If it was time to get up at that point, I think I could get up fine and not feel as tired as I feel a couple of hours later. If that makes sense.

Please repeat SEPIA 200C once a week for some three weeks and report after a month.

Please don't take any other remedy or other form of medication.

Ok I will do this. Let me make sure I understand completely however. I take the Sepia 200C twice a day or three times a day as I did before??

Also, can you please explain this instruction or clarify for me:

In your dosage instructions, you say "slip slowly and keep in mouth without swallowing." I am kind of confused with the statement. So basically hold in mouth for a few seconds or minute before swallowing? Because, I have to eventually swallow so can you please clarify that statement?? When I took previously, I sipped the entire 5ml in mouth and held it for about a minute before swallowing...is this proper procedure??

You will take SEPIA 200C once in the morning only once a week.

Now that it is known Sepia creates a response, one dose per week will be adequate.

Yes, you need to swallow the water-remedy mix after holding it for some time in the mouth. If you take less water, the full water can be used up to wet the surface of the mouth. This will be most effective.

Hi Rishimba!
I took Sepia 200c once a week starting Sept 29. Second dose was Oct 6 and last dose was Oct 13. I waited a month and was supposed to report back Nov 10 so I'm a day late.

My sleep schedule is much better. I often feel rested and will wake up in the morning and be on time for work. I sometimes have a bit of resistance but not like it used to be.

All other physical things are about the same. The eczema on my ankle is very dry. It is often white and feels rough. It is typically still very itchy. After Oct 6 dosage, I had an eczema flare up on the other side of my right elbow. I do get flare ups there sometimes, but is not consistent. It has went away completely now.

My blood sugars fluctuate as they always have. Sometimes they are decent, sometimes they are very high and I have to give myself a large amount of insulin to bring it down. This is all normal however.

I did have blood work done a few weeks ago. I was happy with my results. My A1c was 8.3. Last year and for many years it was and has been approximately 9.0. All other ranges were good and/or where they were supposed to be. My doctor stated that he was pleased but wanted me to continue doing whatever to get my A1c down of course.

I have noticed I have had about 3 headaches. A couple of weeks ago, I had a very bad headache. I went to sleep and woke up and still had the headache. I ended up taking something. My blood sugar was stable so I couldn't really figure out what the problem was. I do get headaches sometimes too, but hadn't had any in quite awhile.

I have no more itchy or dry scalp. That is back to normal as well.

One other thing, I have noticed, my lips are often chapped, especially in the morning. It is not cold here. I can often get chapped lips if my blood sugar is high. Sometimes it is high, but often it is low. That confuses me and it is not a normal occurrence.

I look forward to your next step or course of action.

Please discontinue SEPIA and observe how you are gradually improving.

In case your symptoms are relapsing, let me know.

I think, the curing process has begun and we should not disturb it unless it stops.
