Bad headaches I think from remedy please help!

I have been suffering from anxiety related insomnia for almost three months now. I have seen my medical doctor and failed with Western Medicine. I saw a holistic practitioner who got me onto homeopathic remedies as I am breast feeding. She recommended Sepia and Ignatia as she is not against using more than one remedy. I began self prescribing(big mistake) and tried coffea. Then I thought I should see an actual homeopath as I was feeling scattered and confused and she gave me arsenicum album. The dose was far too high and I was aggravated. Two nights after taking the remedy I also started exoeriencing bad headaches especially at night. I have never experienced headaches in my life other than from drinking too much alcohol. Upon her the recommendation I took two doses of nux vomica 30c to try to antidote the arsenicum which I feel may have helped but my anxiety has seemingly become stronger since taking it last night.
I feel completely lost and in a downward spiral as a result of all this. Can someone provide me with some advice on how to proceed as I don't know where to go from here. Unjust want to be able to sleep and to not have these strang headaches!
