Red ichy rashes on neck
37/M, I am having red itchy rashes on my neck. They appear and vanished from time to time for past few years on application of certain anti-rash creams but they di not permanently heal. Pls suggest something.priyabhi on 2015-08-10

What are your other physical and mental symptoms. These rashes seem to be a manifestation of some internal irregularities. We need to find and treat the cause.

This is just an herbal and a diet recommendation for regenerating tissue which you would need to do to get rid of scarring.
Your skin is your third kidney. When you have a rash, your body brings toxins to the surface to try to expel them. Generally people who get rashes may not have kidneys that function very well. Kidneys are supposed to rid the body of wastes from all the hundred trillion cells that make up our body. If you have white sediment in your urine, congratulations, your kidneys are filtering. If your urine is clear, the cellular wastes are backed up in your lymphatic system.
If you had rashes on your neck that may mean your lymphatic system may be so backed up, the only room left in your body would be in your head and NONE of us want that.
The way to reverse it and get rid of the wastes as well as alkalize your body and regenerate new tissue is to eat alkalizing foods such as raw fruit and vegetables and not acid forming foods such as cooked foods - especially all dairy products, meat, poultry and fish and cooked grains and legumes and refined grains and sugars ie complex carbs like bread, crackers, cookies etc. Avoid sodas and diet sodas like the plague.
For the skin good herbs to take are Evening primrose, Dandelion, Rosehips, chamomile, Royal Jelly and for healing, Bee Pollen, Barley Grass, Horsetail and Panax Ginseng.
Keep in mind, everything in the body is connected. For the skin to get well, the rest of the body needs to also be well. The Adrenals especially are like the conductor of the orchestra of the organs in your body. If you ever feel tired or low on energy, you should also take a good Whole Herb formula for your adrenal glands.
Avoid getting the "improved" "standardized" isolate extracts where man has gone in and dissected Nature's perfect herb and made it into something that will initially stimulate but later enervate.
While you were doing all of the above, you could rub Rescue Remedy cream into your skin. Soldiers who were given REscue REmedy in WW1 as compared to those who were not as fortunate, had their wounds heal better and with less scarring.
The reason the scarring still exists is that your body chemistry is not alkaline enough to allow regeneration of tissue to take place. You need to alkalize your diet and stop eating the acid forming foods such as cooked foods. Especially avoid, all dairy products, meat, poultry and fish, complex carbohydrates such as bread crackers, energy bars, even avoid whole grains and legumes unless they are sprouted and eaten raw.
