Shortness of breath, leg crampsPkease recommend something to help!
Shortness of breath problems, worse when bending down or during even mild physical exertion. Wheezing sounds come from nose, feels like mucous is backed up and can't get out and problems in throat and upper chest,
also problems with leg cramps and difficulty walking, gait very slow.
Age 60 years old, have a history of heart and high blood pressure problems,
had quadruple bypass surgery back in 1996,was heavy smoker for 30 years but stopped after the bypass surgery. Was put on blood thinners, statin drug, lasix, many side-effects with these prescription meds. Also use herbals like Strauss
Heartdrops, oral chelation, lecithin, CoQ10, elderberry,
vitamin C, daily mutli-vitamin, saw palmetto
Live in Las Vegas, Nevada where it is dry, winds sometimes blow irritants in
the air, exposed to pesticides, aerosal sprays. A few months ago, apartment
complex had a pest control company come in to spray all the apartments with
some toxic spray, also they had buildings painted, so was exposed to all of this
Like comfort foods like beef, poultry, vegetables, coffee.sweets
Dislike lamb, cheese, spicy or bitter foods.
Personality type- Classic type A personality, easily agitated and angered, easily
offended,prone to depression, goal-oriented, will do a task until it's completed no matter
how long it takes,always known as a workaholic, need to be productive to
feel worthwhile, sometimes overly critical of myself and others, affectionate
with wife but do not like to socialize much due to distrust of most people,
want to be more open and social but too cautious in this area, very hypervigilent
Want to get rid of these symptoms!
