tooth trauma resulting in fistula

Hello!

About a month ago, I had a bike accident resulting in a blow to one of my front teeth. The bottom half chipped off and was repaired.

I had chronic pain and intense sensitivity to cold up until a few days ago. I took Hypericum tincture and Arnica pellets until the pain lessened, then stopped. I now feel no pain or sensitivity.

I had an x-ray taken at the dentist yesterday which showed a fistula at the very tip of the root. The dentist told me the blood flow is cut off to the nerve. He said the fistula developed rapidly and will develop into an abscess and I will need a root canal.

I want to do everything to avoid a root canal and save my tooth. I started taking Arnica again.

I've done a lot of research and am unsure of the best course of action to reduce the fistula, restore blood flow, and heal the tooth. So far I'm thinking Vitamin C for possible infection, and either Silicea or Hepar sulph?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
