Recurring yeast infections, pancreas surgery

I'm about a year out from a surgery on my pancreas (had a benign tumor growing rapidly that had to be removed) and have been experiencing mild to severe yeast infections for about 5 months, generally between periods. (I treat them through diet, yoga, positive mental though...and over the counter medicine when entirely necessary).
Through online research, I'm thinking the two are related. My health is otherwise generally good. I'm still active but was training for triathlons before the point when the YI's began--I also moved and began a different job & thus had some added stresses as well. I'm not entirely sure about my blood sugar levels but am fairly certain that I had a bit of trouble for a while. I'm hoping that more exercise, less stress, and loads of yoga will help but I'm open to any other suggestions.
