I have taken the sepia and a week has past. I had some itching around the anus the first few days and that is all.

Ok and what is the purpose of taking one does when the bottle indicates more? Just curious

Those who wrote the instruction obviously do not know. There is something called duration of action of medicine. Different medicines have different duration. A medicine cannot be repeated within that period. If you repeat you will spoil the case. Pulsatilla 1m can act for around 30 days and as such should not be repeated within that period in CHRONIC CASES. In acute cases repetition is permissible.

Sorry for the interuption but felt it coz taking puls after sepia is inimical. I belive there should be some medicine in between before giving puls 1m.

Kent lists Bry and Latch as inimical to Sepia. There is nothing listed as inimical to Puls.
There is no bar to giving puls after sepia or sepia after pulsatilla.
However there is bar to Puls >Sep>Puls and Sep>Puls>Sep.
(Cannot tell you right now where I got that , don't remember)

OK, I got it from ALLEN H. C., Keynotes and Characteristics with Comparisons where it says about Sepia: - Inimical : to, Lach., should not be used before or after; to, Puls., with which it should never be alternated.

So I believe you are right. However, it was good, if you have avoided giving puls right after sepia. Rather consider any inter-current remedy. (Just a suggestion)

I took the Pulsatilla 1m and it has been 1 week. No noticable symptoms.

Take Calcarea Carb 1m one dose.

I got Calcarea MK, I was told that is the same as the 1M ((just a different brand I guess) It says to take 3 to 5 granules so should I take all 5?
