Need Help for girls like breast on Teenage Boy

Sir,

My son age 13 running, I see breast like girls on his chest

Any help.

Is your son overweight?

Many times this condition is due to weight-
when the weight is normal, this disappears.

No Sir, His weight is Normal (around 42kg) height around 5ft.

Dear Star 1452,

Are you able to take him to see a homeopath in person?

This could be hormones sorting themselves out right now
due to his age. ( overweight also causes this and it leaves
when weight is lost)
