I think I lack cell salts, what do I do now?Hello everyone!
I watched videos on youtube from Tim Goyetche and I found it really fascinating how you can diagnose so many different things all by looking at the face.
My question is if a person assumes that she lacks salts then can she simply try to diagnose herself through books or checklists which lists symptoms and then tell you the salts which you have to take for them? Or is this dangerous?
Can you hurt yourself by simply taking cell salts on your own or taking too many salts at once?
I once emailed a company which makes cell salts and they told me that you should not take more than 3 different salts at the same time. But Bioplasma contains many different salts. I'm confused about this. Are salts like nutritional supplements where a person may take 20 different vitamins and minerals daily?
I also don't really know what kind of cell salts I may be lacking, maybe I lack all of them.
I am 33 now and since age 20 my health has been declining. I have many different issues with my body and doctors are pretty much useless. They could never really help me with anything!
Things I struggle with:
-multiple joint pains (cant do any sports anymore)
-visual disorders (visual snow, seeing white blood cells in the eyes)
-very saggy skin, skin feels like dough
-floaters in the eyes
-low testosterone (i'm on TRT for that)

On cell salts-
Don't look at them as vitamins. They rebalance what is too much
or too little in the cells. When you give more than needed you will
be out of balance- again. The standard protocol with cell salts,
is take for 5 days, weekends off, or two weeks and one week off.
However, you always go with your body reactions. So if you were
taking 4 tabs of Ferrum phos 6x for the start of a cold, you may
feel totally better after one day of this. Then you stop. If you
feel the cold is starting to return then take a few more doses and
I don't disagree with the face analysis but I think it is better
to use a comprehensive book on the salts and conditions.
I would purchase "Natural Healing with Cell Salts" by Dr. Skye
Weintraub, it tells about each salt and has 100's of conditions and
what salts to use for those specific conditions and specific symptoms.
The biochemic , I would only use maybe a couple times a year for
a week if you were really run down in general. Otherwise on the biochemic you are getting salts that you do not need.
Your case here has too many things going on to just use salts.
You need to see a homeopath in person, or by phone, skype and
if you cannot do that- make a new thread and ask for help on here.
Someone will ask you specific questions and often cell salts are
added on after a remedy is taken.
If you post on here for help- please give details on WHY you
are on TRT-what happened there, steroid use or ?
That is very important information.
