Dr. Sajid,
sorry for the late response. But I could get the medicine only now. I tried nux vom 30 for 2 days thrice daily. It has been about 3 days now and the situation hasn't gotten any better. My 7 month old is still constipated and her milk intake is very less. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Anita, Being a mother of two I will suggest you buy some glycerin supposittories (child size) and use only half of it at a time for 7 month old for constipation. These are available in any pharmacy. Try not to use them more than once a week.

Children usually have constipation at this stage as their digestive system is not completely deveopled. It usually gets better around the age of 3 when you can add some fiber to their diet and they are running around and their digestive system is developed.

This is a suggestion from a mother.
