Nawaz sir, 4 days back i have take merc sol 1 m. the pus has reduced but I can see blood drops when I wipe. what should be done ?

Is this blood from Fistula?

What is the exact color of pus at this time?

There is not blodd drain from the fistula openings but when I wipe after BM I can see lite belood stains on the napkins.

The pus is creamish in colour

Thank you sir. Also let me know if any foods need to be avoided.Right now I completely stopped
Rice, Wheat, bread, Milk,tea,Coffee,ice cream,Soda,Potato, cauliflower,Cabbage

let me know if i need to avoid anything else.it's more than 4 months I feel like every time I'm in the right direction it looks like coming back. Bit frustrating.

I'm eating only quinoa, chicken, fish , pasta,oats,fruits ,eggs,Almonds,some vegetables sometimes cakes. Let me know If i need to avoid anything from the above list.

Feeling good mentally and physically. No bleeding now. Some pus discharge yesterday night but couldn't notice the color as it dried up
