no adult sperm count

MY AGE IS APPROXIMATE 34 YRS. After 4 years of marriage we have no baby. AFTER seamen test it found that no adult sperm is found. And also facing problem of early ejaculation. I am so upstate. Pls suggest what medicine is suitable for me.
