Sweaty hands and feet

My 10 year old son has had excessive sweating from his hands and feet for as long as I can remember. As a baby, he would drip sweat from his feet and make puddles onto his highchair. His hand sweating seems to be triggered by overstimulation, stress, focus, anxiety. HIs feet have a strong odor. HIs hands sweat pure water, almost no salt. He is unable to write on paper without holding a rag to wipe sweat from his hands often. Tea Tree oil applied to palms helps some. He is not bothered much from this condition. He mostly laughs it off. But, he is young and I do not want this to hold him back as he matures. His temperment is very hard worker, oldest brother of 7 children. He is very outgoing. A leader, thoughtful, energetic, very important to him to be in front, can be loud, works on the farm with Daddy. He is handsome, has a big smile, white teeth, overbite, friendly, very well spoken, large vocabulary, public speaking easy for him, good communicator, long and thin, healthy, high energy, positive, loves God, happy, can have a temper. Can yell if not understood, respectful to parents, loving toward siblings, easygoing in most things. Liked by all, very intelligent, loves creation. He has no other issues that I can think of other than excessive sweating of hands and feet with sour smelling feet. Please help with a treatment. The website recommended Silicia 30 but I noticed that on the forum folks werent having any improvement with it.
