Urgent - Need guidance with dosage for 4.5 years old

Hello Doctors,

I need some guidance with the homeopathy medicine. My daughter is 4.5 years old. She was having severe constipation, frequent night waking, difficulty in falling sleep etc earlier. Now last one month she was also having slight body jerking before going to bed. I did nutritional test for her and it shows low magnesium level, calcium /potassium imbalance.

So i was recommended magnesium phos 200C by a homeopath in india. But since i am at USA i bought through another site. Now i am confused with the dosage. The doctor at india told me 200C three times a day while the doctor here says 1 time. Can someone help me?

Also her body jerking is getting high these days. I have also made an appointment with a neurological disorder doctor but in the meantime i always believe in homeopathy medicine so can you please recommend something. Her pediatrician still thinks its not seizure. Its mild and it happens during her sleep or before she falls alseep for few seconds only but happening daily both during nap and at night.

Everyday i have to give melatonin supplement to make her sleep. (sleeping dose) otherwise she is unable to sleep. Her pediatrician recommended 1 mg but i am only giving 10 drops. Still i want to cut it and make her sleep on her own.

Please guide me.
