Problem with colitis

Hello, i am a 19 year old guy who's been suffering of colitis for more than 1 year now. My main symptoms are: strong nausea especially when i wake up in the morning and after eaten (but i never throw up), bad digestion (continuous bloating), poor appetite,loss of weight (even if i strive to eat a little the following day i lose weight), slight confusion, dizziness, chronic fatigue, not well-formed stools (no blood in it then), alternation of constipation (which is usually quite long) and diarrhea plus anxiety. What makes me feel worst is the terrible nausea especially in the morning or if i eat something which can irritate my stomach and the continuous pain and pressure to the lower part of the stomach (near lower abs to be exact). I was visited by many doctors, i used allopathic med, some products based on plants called "biodren s" but nothing seems to help me.
I was talking with my dad some weeks ago, he told me that he suffered of ulcerative colitis for 7 years and he solved with a homeopathic product called "nux vomica homaccord heel" he's been taking it for 2 months and he was totally healed.
I started getting nux vomica 3 times a day (10 drops after eaten) but after 2-3 days i felt worse, all my symptoms were increased, i really felt bad, the condition worsened for 11 days i barely could stand up from my bed and i gave up on it for 2 days until
now, i didn't experience any improvement, but i read on internet that an aggravation of symptoms can be normal when you get homeopathic products. So i am wondering, did i take the wrong doses? (maybe i exaggerated? ) do i have to reduce them to experience improvements? )
how can i solve this problem? my life quality really worsened over the year and i absolutely want to feel better and get rid of this disease.
