Severe generalized hyperhidrosis

Hello!

I suffer of severe hyperhidrosis all over my body: back, head, chest, legs, etc. it's bad but particularly with heat, humidity and little physical activity.

I've posted on this forum before, and some people have tried helping me with some recommendations as far as homeopathy. Nothing has worked and it may seem that now it's even worse than before.

Can any body help me find a solution to my problem, please? I would appreciate knowledgeable professional advice!

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
which medicines have you used so far ?
apart from this what other problems do you have?
what type of weather do you feel comfortable in ?
are you slim, average or overweight?

Hi!

Thanks for replying to my post!

I've taken natmur, pulsatilla, sulphur, China, calcarea carbonica, but nothing has produced any positive change.

Other symptoms include fatigue, dizziness when I've sweated a lot, sour-ammonia kind of smelly sweat, weakness, nausea in hot humid weather (particularly when I'm running...I'm a runner and I'm 38 years old), poor breathing in hot humid weather, excessive dripping sweat (I could literally stand on a spot after a run and leave a pond of sweat under me from all the fluids coming out of the pores of my body).

As far as my body complexion, I'm 5,11 and I weigh 172 pounds. I could say I am slim but not skinny. Thick bone structure though. I've been a runner for 20 years and my problem has worsen over the years too. It started when I was about 18 years old. This heavy sweating has affected me in many ways: as a runner (I can't train or participate in long races because the sweating dehydrates me so quickly), can't have a walk or sit down in a hot humid area because I damp my clothes all over, and can't breath well. Also, although I live in an area with a severe cold winter, I still get extremely sweaty even in -20, -30 Fahrenheit temperatures.

I must mention that I am fit, physically active and have this excessive sweating, I seem to be gaining weight these days. And the fatigue has been permanent for a few months already.

I will highly appreciate your time for looking at my case and offer knowledgeable advice and guidance.

Thanks!!

Oh, and as far as the weather I feel most comfortable in is dry cool cold weather. In Fahrenheit, anything below 50 degrees and cooler, including sub zero temps, but dry.

your case is a tough one. I will need some more information.
1. do you remember how it started? did you suffer from any disease immediately before this problem?
2. what are the diseases that run in the family ?
3. how many doses of SULPHUR and Calcarea Carb did you take ?

1.it started gradually. at around age 18, when i started training as an endurance runner, long distance. I always sweated heavily on the head and face, but soon i started sweating all over my body, my heaviest sweat now days is the back from top to bottom, my face, and chest, but i literally sweat all over. I must mention that in i don't suffer of hands or armpits sweating under normal circumstances, only when its humid, hot and a have the minimum physical exertion.

I have had kidney problems twice, severe problems, with no way to trace the cause of the problem. one time like one or two years before the gradual increase of sweating. also, although I am tan, brown skin, I have always had a kind of yellow, pale tone on my skin, similar to jaundice people. in fact, as a kid, my skin was really pale. My eyes have always look a little yellowish, and also I had hepatitis (it was the least severe form) at around age 18, but can't remember if it was before or after the increase of my sweating. It was transmitted via oral/food.

2. the most common one is maybe respiratory problems, such as asthma and allergies (i have severe allergies in spring and fall, I live in Wisconsin, USA).

3. I took sulphur 6c for a week, twice a day, and Calcarea Carb 6c two weeks later, the same amount. neither one has helped me. And as I mentioned before, i am gaining weight now, with a permanent fatigue. I'd like to add that I am taking a compound of iodine/iodide two or three times a week, that's to replenish the minerals i loose with sweating.

I really appreciate your willingness to help.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
