Today after 3rd dose of nux I feel better. so after 7 days i'll start Lycopodium 200.

I m much relaxed as far as bloating is concerned and hope to get improved continuously.

since you advised to take Lycopodium 200 if Nux doesnot work. but it worked.
so what to do ?
should I start Lycopodium as per schedule.

kindly also suggest me DO's & DON'T list.
should I take Pepsi?

it will work for Erectyle dysfunction also.

pls count the 15 days from first dose of Nux Vomica and check your symptoms and result. if you feeling better then no need to take one more dose.

if symptoms return then take only one dose.

I feel better as far as bloating is concerned and today I got minor morning erection also.

do one thing

after 5 days start taking

nux vomica 200c

weekly one dose for one month

suppose if you take today (Tuesday)
first dose then take next Tuesday

2 Nd dose

please do as per my advise don't overdose

once your bloating issue will down I will start lycopodium 200

60 /70% bloating is under control. but erection and desire is still missing.

weekly one dose for 1 month

for example if you take 1 st dose today (Sunday) then take 2nd dose in next Sunday

one dose means same as you have taken for nux vomica..

but remember you have to take weekly one dose arround 5 pm evening

last Friday I took my final dose of Nux.

I bought lycopodium 200. it was only available in globules. (made in france).

so I need to take 8 globules per week for 4 weeks?
am I right?

yes 1 dose is 6 globules..
you can take 6-8 globules as one dose

please take it as a weekly dose means one dose once in a week
