TMJ disorder

I was diagnosed with TMJ disorder. (will have CAT and MR soon to see how bad the situation of the joint is). My left jaw is locked, cant open my mouth more than 18 mm other wise it pops and hurts. Have muscle spazms and a bit of pain and feel uncomfortable etc. Left jaw was OK but now that started to make click sounds too. I feel depressed when I think of my future with TMJ. Ayway, my question is, Doctor wanted to give me some pills cause I am clinching my teeth at night. I said I dont want any drugs with side effects unless it is really necessary and he gave these homeopathic medicine.

Sinplex(Tilia SPX many things in it including argentum and silicea with doseages in the range 9 ch)

Cologels (again several things like colocynthis 4ch )

Kiefergelenk Compositum
this thing has argentum nitricum D10 and Nux vomica D10)

I know nothing about homeopathic medicine.
I had experienced feelings that resembles panic attack few times. I would like to know
1)Are these dosages safe for poeple like me when they have a tendency for panic attack? Is it safer to start with high dilusion (30ch?)stuff ?
2) am I going to experience side effects? I am nervous about unexpected reactions from my body since these medicines seems to contain toxic stuff.

Would appreciate any advice a lot. I need to start taking these medicines (bougth them already) but afraid of doing so.

thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
first know about your TMJ--
When you bite down hard, you put force on the object between your teeth and on the joint. In terms of physics, the jaw is the lever and the TMJ is the fulcrum. Actually, more force is applied (per square foot) to the joint surface than to whatever is between your teeth. To accommodate such forces and to prevent too much wear and tear, the cartilage between the mandible and skull normally provides a smooth surface, over which the joint can freely slide with minimal friction.

Therefore, the forces of chewing can be distributed over a wider surface in the joint space and minimize the risk of injury. In addition, several muscles contribute to opening and closing the jaw and aid in the function of the TMJ.

Symptoms:
Ear pain
Sore jaw muscles
Temple/cheek pain
Jaw popping/clicking
Locking of the jaw
Difficulty in opening the mouth fully
Frequent head/neck aches
