1. Severe receding gums. Teeth roots exposed. Some sensitivity. Dentist did X-ray and said that bones have deteriorated. But not much movement of teeth or decay.
2. No other sufferings
3. Worry and sorrow as this has come because of my neglecting my teeth
4. That my teeth will all fall off and I will have to have dentures and look like an old woman.
5. About 12 years ago. But I ignored it. I had severe depression at that time and was on anti depressants. I have had depression off and on. Now I am alright and not on anti depressants. I only recently visited my dentist after a gap of 10 years and was shocked to know how bad my gums were.
6. Generally I am calm day and night but with this diagnosis, I am kind of worried throughout the day and wake up at night worrying.
7. I don’t have any suffering due to this condition now except some sensitivity in the teeth. This sensitivity was worse a few years back and seems much better now
8. It is probably related to the fact that I never drink much water, sleep with my mouth open as due to protruding teeth, I cannot close my mouth properly and also snore and have taken anti depressants for prolonged periods.
9. Weather generally does not bother me.
10.I used to be insecure with low self esteem, ill tempered and weepy. But now I am more confident, calm and composed.

I like to be consoled by people close to me but sometimes like to be left on my own.
I am not particularly sensitive to stimuli.

I am a school teacher and I enjoy my job very much
I have not had any bereavement so far
I am now 54 years old. My father used to give me a hard time when I was young. He was strict and harsh.
There are some incidents that I would like to forget
I like music of the soul stirring kind and I enjoy listening.
The fact that I wasted 30 years of my life being married to the wrong kind of man is what I am very angry with myself about. I am not much affected these days by what others do except if they expect something from me. I want people to leave me alone without expecting anything from me.

Thanks for the reply. Would like to know how to take the medication. Is it in liquid form or globules?
Thanks

Take liquid doses.

One dose would be 3 drops in some 10 ml water sipped up slowly in clean mouth and empty stomach. No food or water or rinsing the mouth for the next one hour.

This is a slow pace disease so the cure will also be slow. Keep taking a sustained dose once every week for a month. Let me know if there is any change after a month. Based on your feedback we will adjust the dosage and potency.

I consulted a peridontist and he checked my gums and said that they are healthy although they have receded and the only thing that I have to do is to keep them clean. I do not have gum disease. The receding has been caused by over brushing and he is going to teach me the right techniques to brush. For the moment, I am going to keep them clean, eat nutritious food and then assess the situation after a few months. Thanks very much for your advice.
