Excited nerves

Is there a remedy for person whose nerves get excited especially in the company of
a few or more people,or when anxious and starts coughing and clears throat constantly ?
Other symptoms include hurried mind,
always wants to go home,
lacks concentration,
changing subjects in conversation.
Hair fall,
dandruff,
non growing warts on skin left side of the chest.

self concious,
stomach disorders like flatulence especially when eating in social gatherings,
less sleep.
