Nasal Polyp remedies

Hello Doctors,

I have done some extensive research on nasal polyps online, have even seen a homeopathist in the past for chronic nasal polyps. The remedy I was given, the contents of which are a mystery to me, did not alleviate any symptoms at the time.
I ordered the Calc Carb 60 pellets and Teucrium Marum Verum 6C off the site. Based on the info below, what dosage do you recommend I take? I appreciate any advice you may be able to offer.
I have dealt with this problem for the past 6 years. I have lost my sense of smell completely, have had three surgeries for polyp removal and a deviated septum which brought back my smell fleetingly, my most recent one being almost two years ago. The polyps have grown back since then but are small at this point.
Emotionally speaking, I feel it was sparked by a heartbreak and some mild depression over a period of months. Physically, it started after a night of cold wind due to an open window. Bronchitis, then allergic rhinitis, asthma, and polyps. I live in Northern California and there are various allergens that I'm exposed to. Genetically, I'm very much predisposed to asthma, of which I have a mild form of, and allergies, for which I get shots for every month. I hope this is enough information for you to go on for now. I really do apprciate any of your time on this matter. I'm frankly at the end of my rope in terms of finding a remedy.
