Sauna aggravates!

Hi
would appreciated any advice on what would be a good remedy for someone who seems to inflate after a sauna. Feels goods in the sauna but afterwards clothes are tighter especially around mid section, and face is red. Would Aconite be a good choice?
thanks in advance

You may like to know that I lost a close friend of mine who fell asleep in the Sauna and was discovered about 4 hours later, unconscious. He had suffered 1st degree burns on the majority of the skin in his body except for the area covered by the towel on which he was seated.

He was removed to hospital in a coma from which he never recovered and died in 12 days.

My advice is that you advice your friend not to use a sauna especially alone especially since he has shown signs of some discomfort and swelling.
