Losing Erections and SizeI am a 30 years old male, married for 5 years. Alhamdulillah I have 2 sons. I weight almost 73 Kgs which is ok as per my height.
My problems started almost 6 months ago. Previously I was enjoying a very healthy sex life. Me and my spouse had regular intercourse..sometimes as much as 4 to 5 times a week. I was able to maintain healthy erections and I could last long enough to satisfy my spouse. But about 6 months ago I noticed that the size of my penis was decreasing. I measured a little bit more than 6 inches at that time. Now i have reduced to 5 inches when erect. However, i completely ignored the decrease in my size because it did not affect my performance negatively, until now. From the last 2 weeks, I am having poor erections. I used to get hard several time a day in the past. Now it is gone. When I indulge in sex with my wife, I get hard during foreplay, but as soon as I do intercourse, the erection gets soft and it become difficult to penetrate. Even if i do manage to penetrate, both of us dont enjoy due to lack of hardness. Also I feel that my sex drive or the lust for sex has decreased. Earlier my spouse complained that I was always wanting sex sex and sex, now she has noticed that I can manage without any physical relations for about a week which is very surprising for me too. I was a regular masturbator upto age 25. Please dont tell me that this is due to psychological guilt of masturbation because i dont feel guilty about it. My first 5 years of marriage have been excellent in sex life.. it is only now i am experiencing these problems.
Please guide to as to what is happening to me and how I can cure it via medicines and also through healthy diet.
